Wichita State University's School of Performing Arts Dance Program offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performing Arts/Dance. The Dance concentration is designed to provide the student with intensive professional study of concert dance. This is accomplished through studio and practical experience in dance technique, performance, and choreography. WSU students can also earn a minor in dance.

Effective Fall 2007, the Dance Program will be implementing its new curriculum for dance majors and minors. (See below.) We are very excited about the new Dance curriculum. It offers students a well-rounded dance education and prepares them for the many facets of today's dance world.
